Job summary

OLIVER in London is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive smooth e‑commerce operations for UK customers within our in‑house team.

Based in Weybridge with four days on site and one day remote, you will coordinate launches, promotions and stock planning, while ensuring accurate content workflows across product pages and digital assets. You’ll collaborate across creative, production, technical and commercial teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce operations and content workflows.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and launches.
• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and drive improvements.
• Experience with CMS and digital asset management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations alongside the team, including order processing, shipping logistics, inventory management and customer service.
• Coordinate e-commerce delivery, promotions and product launches, managing multiple projects and approval routes.
• Manage content workflows across product pages, landing pages, promotional content and digital assets.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to maintain stock levels while controlling costs.
• Track KPIs and analyze performance to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Collaborate with creative, production, technical and commercial teams.
