Job summary

Gill North America Inc. is seeking a digital merchandising professional to manage day‑to‑day product presentation on Shopify stores.

You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to use trading data and customer behaviour to improve product presentation, navigation and availability. The role is hands-on in a small team, requiring strong organisation and the ability to respond quickly to trading opportunities and launches.

Qualifications

• At least three years of merchandising experience, preferably within retail ecommerce.
• Ability to interpret data, identify problems and develop practical solutions that improve trading performance.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver against targets.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to make sound decisions and react quickly to changing trade.

Responsibilities

• Collate product information and imagery; create and maintain accurate, high quality product listings across all Shopify stores.
• Ensure products function correctly within our System Builder and maintain size guides and content changes.
• Create and deliver a digital merchandising strategy aligned with KPIs to improve visibility and presentation.
• Maintain navigation and collections, update tags and placement across seasons and customer behaviour changes.
• Merchandise collections using rules and A/B testing to refine strategy and keep homepage and bestseller sections fresh.
