Brompton Bicycle Limited is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandiser to drive online merchandising across our sites. The role involves executing trade plans, coordinating with Marketing and Trade, and owning end-to-end product content and campaigns.

You will work hybrid in Greenford, collaborating with product managers, studios and agencies to optimise customer journeys. The ideal candidate has experience with ecommerce platforms (Magento/BigCommerce/Shopify), CMS, and analytics tools such as Google

Qualifications

• Experience of working for an online retailer.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify) and CMS.
• Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the online merchandising plan and team.
• Coordinate with Trade and Marketing to align trade plans and campaigns.
• Own end-to-end processes for product catalogue, content loading and translations.
• Create promotions, bundles and merchandising messaging across sites.
• Monitor KPIs, report to stakeholders and flag blockers (stock, pricing, technical issues).
• Improve customer journeys using analytics and optimize search results.
