Job summary

Pivotal London is seeking a results-driven Account Manager or Senior Manager to lead relationships with international brands from its London base. You will translate ecommerce and media data into actionable strategy, presenting opportunities and growth ideas to senior client stakeholders.

You will own key client relationships, collaborate across media and ecommerce teams, and help shape broader account strategy with autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced analytics skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience across ecommerce, digital media, retail media or consumer insights.
• Exposure to media platforms and data-driven strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of international clients.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and become a strategic partner.
• Understand clients' wider ecommerce and commercial objectives.
• Present insights, recommendations and strategic opportunities to client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve, expand and grow client relationships.
