Contract type: Permanent, full-time

Job summary

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will influence, strengthen and manage the relationship with Amazon and internal business partners. You will focus on identifying ways to drive consumer consumption of Outdoor & Recreation brands like Coleman, Contigo, Marmot and others. You will help develop policies and practices to succeed in ecommerce while collaborating with brand leaders and internal & external partners on programs and initiatives.

You will work independently as part of the EMEA eCommerce team, which serves as the Center of Excellence for the region.

We will support your growth through regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the EMEA Amazon Outdoor & Recreation strategy to drive consumer consumption, developing principles & best practices for product selection, marketing & media activation, and promotional investments.
  • Jointly manage the P&L with sales & operations to ensure sustainable growth via Amazon EMEA.
  • Influence and align with internal business leaders regarding Amazon EMEA O&R growth ambitions and investments.
  • Partner with brand marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive programs across all channels.
  • Develop long-term growth strategies and portfolio selection using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Maximize ROI by managing media budgets and implementing search strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee content development, KPI reporting, and explore new Amazon market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct and hands-on Ecommerce, preferably with Amazon.
  • University degree in Business or a related field.
  • Knowledge of finance concepts such as P&L, budgeting, and cost estimation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally internationally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to significantly increase Ecommerce revenue.
  • Experience managing and optimizing online marketing tactics with a focus on efficient spending and high ROI.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision making.
  • Strong business acumen and collaborative work style.
  • Proven leadership with a record of achievement.
