About the Product Marketing team
Our role is to bridge Product with Marketing, Sales, and the Market to own messaging and positioning of our products and develop GTM plans aligned with our target and company strategy.
What we are looking for
- You are a compelling storyteller who leverages customer research to formulate market hypotheses. You build rapport quickly, whether with colleagues or customers during interviews.
- You take initiative, generating ideas for marketing campaigns and sales conversations, and driving cross-departmental collaboration to execute big projects.
- You are comfortable with failure, defining success with clear metrics and learning from setbacks to inform next steps.
- Technical topics do not intimidate you; you can break down complex concepts into simple explanations for non-technical colleagues.
- You are confident in delivering presentations, effectively communicating research findings or training colleagues on messaging.
- You are an excellent writer, prioritizing clear, jargon-free language that resonates with your target audience.
What you’ll do
- Lead GTM strategies for your product category, collaborating with teams to articulate customer messages.
- Educate customer-facing teams about customer perceptions of value and solution benefits.
- Compare competitors' solutions, highlighting differences.
- Stay informed on market and customer trends to refine positioning and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for various channels to support customer interactions.
What you have
- 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, preferably in a technical or security B2B environment, with experience in both product-led and sales-led GTM strategies.
- Deep understanding of IT and cybersecurity industries, including key personas like sysadmins and CISOs.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Excellent communication skills across writing, speaking, and design.
- Operational knowledge of B2B marketing across multiple channels.
- Experience leading strategic initiatives such as advocacy programs or cross-sell strategies.
- Experience with analyst relations and briefing preparations is a plus.
