    • Lead financial reporting and provide updates on actions taken.
    • Support category reviews with insights and launch plans.
    • Work with digital and commercial teams to develop and execute strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
    • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure accurate inventory levels.
    • Forecast demand and manage replenishment to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  5. Listing Management:
    • Monitor NPD pipeline and update website ranges timely.
    • Optimize product data for website and customer needs.
    • Manage end-of-life product processes and redirects.
  6. Promotional Activity & Planning:
    • Brief onsite assets for promotional periods, coordinating with activity planning teams.
    • Implement promotional activities and quality control measures.
  7. Customer Experience:
    • Enhance the customer journey using data insights.
    • Oversee resolution of ecommerce and marketplace customer inquiries.
Location:

This role can be based in Nuneaton or London, with occasional travel to other H&B locations. We support hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

The Person:
