We are expanding and seek an experienced Ecommerce expert to join our European team in London to support business scaling by driving the performance of the brands we represent on Amazon and other marketplaces.

You will manage the relationship and financial performance of a portfolio of global brands, overseeing their performance across European marketplaces.

You will support the Senior Brand Manager in defining and implementing end-to-end growth and profitability plans for your brands, working cross-functionally with Operations, Content, Advertising, Creative, Merchandising, and Finance. You will also lead projects to scale the organization in Europe.

The role requires a strategic and commercial ecommerce professional with the ability to engage partners and internal stakeholders, a growth mindset, and adaptability to fast-changing environments.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Driving revenue growth across European marketplaces through a data-driven approach, including promotional planning, seasonal launches, NPD, advertising campaigns, etc.
  2. Developing strategic and joint business plans with brands to grow market share.
  3. Representing brands on marketplaces with high-quality content, including images, enhanced content, SEO, translations, and advertising.
  4. Analyzing performance data regularly to optimize across all touchpoints.
  5. Managing inventory in collaboration with merchandisers.
  6. Maintaining relationships with clients and providing updates on project status.
  7. Continuously improving and automating processes.
Qualifications needed:
  • Proven success in managing an ecommerce business.
  • 2-5 years of ecommerce experience.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong academic background (2:1 or above).
  • Experience growing brands on marketplaces like Amazon.
  • Creative problem solver and highly organized.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
