Ecommerce Manager - Luxury Brand

This is an established luxury brand seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead their global strategy.

The role will be varied, across categories & markets, and will see you work within a dynamic & entrepreneurial trading environment.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are an experienced Ecommerce Professional with a 360-degree mindset, proven success in customer acquisition and CRO in a fast-paced trading team.

You will bring relevant experience, ideally in luxury categories, with a hands-on entrepreneurial approach in a creative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Driving the Trading/Ecommerce Strategy and leading a small in-house team.
• Strategic planning and implementation of key projects.
• Partnering with the Digital Marketing Team to support sales activity.
• Driving brand engagement and CRO, continuously enhancing website performance and customer experience.
• Overseeing the online journey, including all activity across product, campaigns, and imagery.
• Managing external partners and agencies.
• Monthly reporting, with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.

Shopify platform skills are useful, along with WordPress CMS.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid ecommerce/trading experience with a strong ROI track record, commercial acumen, and ability to trade at pace.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced team and drive growth within a luxury brand.
• Ability to work from a centrally located luxury HQ in London.
