Job description
KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing and optimising Bremont's ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences, efficient website functionality, and alignment with the brand's strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the performance of bremont.com across all locales, driving growth, and supporting key CRM and digital initiatives. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily operations of the website while contributing to longer-term projects to improve UX, website functionality, and online performance. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external teams, including developers, marketers, and third-party vendors, to deliver impactful website and email projects that align with the brand’s growth strategy and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Functions:

  • Website Management: Manage the daily operations of bremont.com including building, maintaining, and optimising product pages, collection pages, campaign pages, and other landing pages to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Performance Optimisation: Manage and optimise D2C/cart functionality, on-site search, and customer account functionality to improve UX and conversion rates.
  • Email Marketing: Support CRM activities, including building, deploying, and maintaining email campaigns and automated/triggered email workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure website performance aligns with broader marketing and business strategies.
Other Tasks
  • UX Development: Collaborate on UX research and propose improvements to enhance website usability and customer experience.
  • Development Support: Develop detailed briefs for website functionality enhancements and oversee project delivery by internal and external teams.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and optimised product and customer data management within Shopify and other integrated platforms.
  • Testing and Reporting: Co-develop and manage a rolling website testing and reporting framework to continually enhance UX and website performance.
  • Platform Expansion: Support planning and deployment of new website locales to expand the brand's digital presence.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Significant hands-on experience with the Shopify platform, including front-end merchandising, data management, and app integration.
  • Demonstrable experience in website development project management and UX optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey planning and email campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Excellent organisational, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improving user experience and driving results.
  • Experience within the luxury sector preferable.
