My client is looking for an Ecommerce Lead to work with their global brand team and the European DTC team in launching a new brand in the UK.

The role will lead across the consumer journey, from ATL, content, social media and performance marketing channels, to optimising the e-commerce experience through merchandising, promotions and CX.

Skills/Experience Needed

  • Experience leading the marketing and ecommerce strategy launching a new brand to market
  • Managed content to build social media presence (Meta & TikTok)
  • Populated website content & setting up social media channels
  • Supported DTC strategy to increase website traffic & conversion
  • Managed a Digital Marketing budget
  • Established the Pricing & Merchandising strategy and managed promotions
  • Distributed a Brand through online market places, mainly Amazon 3P
  • Developed a CRM strategy
  • Supported the implementation of SEO guidance, building onsite content
  • Manage the website CMS (Ideally Adobe Commerce)
