Job summary

Heal's is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Head Office Ecommerce team and turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth across the business.

You will own Ecommerce reporting and analysis using Google Analytics, Shopify and Klaviyo to understand performance, identify opportunities and improve the customer journey. Hybrid remote working (3 days in office per week minimum) is available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Analytics and Excel is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and presentation skills to turn data into insight.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly and periodic Ecommerce reporting and dashboards.
• Analyse digital marketing and campaign performance with actionable recommendations.
• Manage reporting and data from Google Analytics, Shopify and other platforms.
• Collaborate with analytics agency to improve tracking and data quality.
• Support customer segmentation, CRM activity and audience development.
• Analyse customer journeys and develop attribution models.
• Assist with A/B testing and website optimisation.
• Ensure product data is accurate and well managed.
• Manage data feeds to technology partners.
