Job summary

Heal's in London is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Head Office Ecommerce team and turn data from Google Analytics, Shopify and Klaviyo into clear, actionable insights that drive growth and enhance the customer journey.

You will own ecommerce reporting and dashboards, analyse campaign performance, manage data feeds, support segmentation and attribution, and contribute to A/B testing and site optimisation. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office per week.

Qualifications

  • GA and Excel experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ecommerce experience is desirable.
  • Shopify and Klaviyo experience are a plus.
  • Interest in Ecommerce, digital trends and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own weekly and periodic Ecommerce reporting and dashboards.

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Head Office Ecommerce team and turn data into clear, actionable insights that help drive growth across the business.

You'll own Ecommerce reporting and analysis, using data from platforms including Google Analytics, Shopify and Klaviyo to understand performance, identify opportunities and improve the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning weekly and periodic Ecommerce reporting and dashboards
  • Analysing digital marketing and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations
  • Managing reporting and data from Google Analytics, Shopify and other platforms
  • Working with our analytics agency to improve tracking and data quality
  • Supporting customer segmentation, CRM activity and audience development
  • Analysing customer journeys and developing attribution models
  • Supporting A/B testing and website optimisation
  • Ensuring product data is accurate, enriched and well managed
  • Managing data feeds to technology partners
What you will bring

We're looking for someone who is analytical, commercially minded and passionate about Ecommerce, with:

  • Experience using Google Analytics and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to turn data into insight
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ecommerce experience is desirable
  • Shopify and Klaviyo experience is a plus
  • A genuine interest in Ecommerce, digital trends and continuous improvement
