Four Marketing in London is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Ecommerce team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role coordinates ecommerce and production activities across websites, ensuring timely launches and strong collaboration with marketing and other departments.

The ideal candidate has prior ecommerce experience, strong organisation, and a positive attitude, with an interest in online fashion retail.

Formación

• Prior ecommerce experience and a proactive attitude.
• Strong organisational and workload management skills.
• Ability to respond to short-notice requests.
• Interest in online fashion retail is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Review product information and liaise with customer services/ecom operations to reduce returns.
• Coordinate product launches and peak trade actions with marketing and other departments.
• Ensure alignment with internal teams and suppliers for timely development and launch of projects.
• Upload and maintain product descriptions, prices, imagery, video, and perform quality checks.
• Review retouched images and ensure live status within deadlines.
• Liaise with partners for stock checks and maximize sales opportunities.
• Support onsite visual merchandising and improve conversion and sell-through.
• Conduct weekly site walk-throughs across stores and devices.
• Contribute to site refreshes during Sale periods and seasonal launches.
• Work with the team to improve SEO on landing pages and drive onsite conversions.
• Assist in onsite recommendations and personalization and in analytics data dives.
• Assist in improving UX and onsite search and driving opportunities globally and locally.
