Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an exceptional ecommerce leader to shape the next growth phase. You will define the ecommerce strategy and oversee online trading, app and digital experiences, balancing today’s delivery with Future growth initiatives.

You will build a high‑performing team, use data and AI insights to drive personalisation, optimise conversions and lead the organisation through rapid digital innovation in retail.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in ecommerce at scale.
• Proven track record delivering growth through digital channels.
• Strong understanding of CRO, personalisation and AI in retail.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-exposure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the next chapter of Screfix's ecommerce strategy.
• Own end-to-end online trading performance against KPIs.
• Champion a customer-first approach and personalised journeys.
• Lead development of personalisation and segmentation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute digital campaigns.
