Zachary Daniels is exclusive­ly representing a leading specialist sports retailer in the search for a Digital Trading Lead. This senior ecommerce role drives online trading growth post-Shopify replatform and shapes the marketplace strategy from South-West London in a hybrid setup.

You will own the trading plan, optimise conversion and user journeys, and work with the wider digital team to elevate performance and customer experience. Potential career progression to Head of Ecommerce is on offer.

Qualifications

• Senior ecommerce trading experience; hands-on approach; strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• Experience with search, merchandising and product discovery; data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Own the ecommerce trading plan, promotional calendar and weekly trading performance.
• Drive conversion, customer journey improvements and overall site performance.
• Lead onsite search, merchandising and product discovery across Shopify.
• Identify opportunities across personalisation, CRO, A/B testing and AI-led search.
• Work closely with CRM, performance marketing, development and wider digital teams.
• Manage and develop a junior ecommerce team member and shape the function's future direction.
