Job summary

Crystal People Consultancy is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own the direct-to-consumer channels, including Amazon and Shopify. This hands-on role focuses on growing the online presence, from what is sold to how it is priced, promoted and presented.

The successful candidate will have ecommerce or marketplace management experience, with strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, plus familiarity with Amazon Ads and Klaviyo. Salary c £competitive per annum plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce or marketplace channels (D2C) across platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
• Experience with Amazon Ads, paid social, and familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own direct-to-consumer channels, including Amazon and Shopify.
• Grow online presence from product listings to pricing, promotions, and presentation.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive online revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimise performance.
