• Drive activities to achieve Revenue, Profit and EBIT targets.
• Own and drive key projects for the market website and app.
• Review daily sales and propose actions to increase sales.
• Manage relationships with Operational teams for fulfilment.
• Develop and train the trading executive and their workload.
