Ecommerce Executive

The Opportunity:

We are proud to be working closely with a growing international consumer ecommerce business is looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to help expand its direct-to-consumer sales across international markets.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, General Manager and wider commercial team, you will support the growth of websites serving customers across the UK, Europe, North America and other priority territories.

This is a hands‑on role covering website trading, digital acquisition, merchandising, promotions and customer retention. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, analysing performance and turning ideas into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of international e‑commerce growth plans.
• Manage website trading, product merchandising, pricing and promotional activity.
• Coordinate product launches, campaigns and seasonal trading events.
• Grow qualified traffic through paid media, CRM, SEO, affiliates and partnerships.

About you:

• Previous experience in e‑commerce, digital trading or online retail.
• Good understanding of website merchandising and digital marketing channels.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working with sales and marketing data.
• Experience using an e‑commerce platform such as Shopify would be beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, analytical and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Experience of international or cross‑border e‑commerce would be advantageous.
• Additional language skills would be welcomed but are not essential.
