Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment in Greater Manchester is looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to help expand direct-to-consumer sales across international markets. You will support website trading, merchandising, promotions and customer retention, working with Head of Marketing and broader commercial team to drive growth.

This hands-on role covers paid media, SEO, CRM, pricing and international market adaptations; you will analyse performance, optimise conversion and collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, digital trading or online retail.
• Good understanding of website merchandising and digital marketing channels.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working with sales and marketing data.
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience of international or cross-border e-commerce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of international e-commerce growth plans.

• Coordinate product launches, campaigns and seasonal trading events.

Greater Manchester - Hybrid working

Salary: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus potential

The Opportunity:

We are proud to be working closely with a growing international consumer ecommerce business is looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to help expand its direct-to-consumer sales across international markets.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, General Manager and wider commercial team, you will support the growth of websites serving customers across the UK, Europe, North America and other priority territories.

This is a hands-on role covering website trading, digital acquisition, merchandising, promotions and customer retention. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, analysing performance and turning ideas into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactive, analytical and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
• Experience of international or cross-border e-commerce would be advantageous.
• Additional language skills would be welcomed but are not essential.
