Job summary

Tom's Trunks is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to own our online sales channel strategy. You will manage the Shopify store end-to-end, optimise product listings and pages, and lead data-informed improvements across SEO, analytics, and marketing integrations.

You will build a weekly trading dashboard, track key metrics like CAC, AOV and conversion, and collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support launches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce and data roles.
• Experience with SEO and Shopify platform updates.
• Strong data-driven decision making and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee website management, ensuring brand consistency and up-to-date content.
• Lead Shopify end-to-end: listings, pages, checkout, apps, DNS, theme edits.
• Analyze site data to improve conversion, AOV, CAC and retention.
• Build weekly trading dashboards to show performance across channels.
• Coordinate with marketing/product teams for launches and updates.
• Support email marketing with data-driven optimisations and automations.
• Manage inventory data, stock levels, and integration with 3PL.
