Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to support the day-to-day trading of the online store, focusing on product data, catalog uploads, and onsite merchandising across launches and campaigns. You will analyse customer behaviour and site performance to drive conversion and revenue, working with cross-functional teams to optimise the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a similar ecommerce role.
• Hands-on experience managing product listings, uploads and merchandising on ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
• Strong Excel skills with bulk data uploads via CSV.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple launches.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trading of the website, including product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring setup and optimisation.
• Assist product merchandising across collection/category pages to improve visibility and navigation.
• Upload product catalogues via CSV and coordinate pre/post-launch checks.
• Manage and update on-site product data (titles, descriptions, imagery, attributes).
• Perform regular on-site checks for data accuracy across pricing and content; validate before/after publish.
• Monitor site performance with Shopify Analytics and GA; track KPIs like conversion, revenue and AOV.
• Produce regular trading reports with insights and opportunities to improve performance.
• Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, funnels and session recordings to identify friction points.
• Support A/B testing and implement onsite UX/conversion improvements.
• Assist in managing ecommerce third-party apps and integrations.
