Job summary

UK Drug Testing seeks an Ecommerce Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role in Aylsham. This position involves handling customer inquiries by phone, chat and email, processing orders, and supporting stock management in a fast-paced ecommerce office and warehouse.

Experience with Shopify, Amazon or eBay fulfilment is preferred but not essential. On-the-job training is provided, with some lifting of stock and routine office duties expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon or eBay fulfilment) preferred but not essential.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Role involves answering the telephone and talking to customers, sales via telephone, website chat and email.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries by telephone, chat and email.
• Process orders and manage trade customer orders in Xero.
• Use Shopify to process online orders and create draft orders.
