Job summary

Ocado Retail Limited is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to plan, brief, execute and optimise onsite Events & Campaigns on Ocado.com. You will collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time, leveraging merchandising levers to improve performance and reviewing data insights for action.

You will work within the Merchandising team to ensure events drive trade, while maintaining a strong customer journey across the site and using a range of internal systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and high-quality work
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to balance multiple priorities and stay organised
• Proficient in using internal systems and data tools
• Customer-focused with data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of customers and their shopping behaviours for events
• Update and manage top-level media execution onsite (homepage, checkout, slots)
• Keep Events & Campaigns up to date with Ecommerce sitemap and Marketing calendar
• Launch, optimise and update campaigns using media assets and tagging
• Analyse data to report Ecommerce KPI performance and provide insights
• Collaborate with Insight Teams to scope data requirements for tracking
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to align priorities and outcomes
• Monitor market event performance and suggest optimisation plans
