Finisterre UK Limited is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant to support DTC growth across our online channels. The role focuses on product presentation, content updates, and campaigns, with a strong emphasis on brand values and customer experience.

You will work with the Creative and Ecommerce teams to ensure accurate product portrayal, timely imagery, and coherent customer journeys across markets, including the US and UK. This entry‑level role offers growth within a fast‑paced, sustainable brand.

Responsibilities

• Support product enhancement to ensure online portrayal aligns with brand guidelines.
• Manage product imagery process with Creative dept.
• Maintain product catalog and uploads for correct markets and channels.
• Update website content weekly to support country campaigns.
• Assist with seasonal markdown events and customer journey optimization.
• Apply website visual merchandising rules for season and country contexts.
• Proactively trade web updates to improve sales.
• Understand customer web journeys and support improvements.
• Analyze analytics to inform decisions and monitor customer behaviour.
• Run daily site checks and address product issues.
