Job summary

Finisterre, a UK-based outdoor brand, seeks an Ecommerce Assistant to support DTC growth by enhancing online product presentation, content, and campaigns. You will work with the Creative dept on imagery, manage catalog updates, and ensure market-specific displays for UK and international channels.

You’ll learn across the online business, maintain brand guidelines, and contribute to seasonal events and merchandising to optimise the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel skills
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Interest in growing an e-commerce career

Responsibilities

• Support product enhancement online to align with brand guidelines
• Coordinate imagery with Creative dept to ensure timely, accurate visuals
• Maintain product catalog and ensure market-specific displays
• Update website content weekly for country-specific campaigns
• Assist Ecommerce Executive with seasonal markdowns and customer journey consistency
• Support visual merchandising rules and page optimisation by season and country
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales through web trading
• Understand customer web journeys and collaborate across teams for improvements
• Use analytics tools to interpret customer behaviour and inform decisions
• Run daily website checks and address product-related issues
