Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an organised Ecommerce Assistant to manage day-to-day Shopify activities and ensure accurate product content. You’ll upload listings, keep content up to date and help customers enjoy a seamless online shop experience.

This role offers hybrid working in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused retail environment with chances to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience using Shopify or another ecommerce platform.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings within Shopify
• Write and amend product descriptions
• Upload imagery, pricing and product attributes
• Support website merchandising and category updates
• Assist with new product launches
• Schedule promotional banners and homepage content
• Monitor website accuracy and identify issues
• Carry out website testing before launches
• Support email marketing activity where required
• Produce weekly ecommerce reports
• Work closely with marketing, customer service and warehouse teams
