The ideal candidate will drive online growth by supporting daily trading activities and launching campaigns that enhance engagement and sales. A minimum of one year in a related role and hands-on experience with Shopify are essential. • Support daily trading activity across e-commerce sites.
• Launch content updates and promotions to drive sales.
• Collaborate with CRM to build customer loyalty.

• Help optimise the onsite journey — improving navigation, storytelling, and conversion.
• Liaise with Tech & Product teams to brief, test, and enhance site functionality.

• Launch content updates, campaigns, and promotions that drive engagement and sales
• Use tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to deliver insight-led recommendations
• Collaborate with CRM to build customer loyalty and drive retention
• Help optimise the onsite journey — improving navigation, storytelling, and conversion
• Liaise with Tech & Product teams to brief, test, and enhance site functionality

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

• 1+ year in an ecommerce or digital trading role
