This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing, entrepreneurial business.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the wider team, you'll become a key operational link across the business, ensuring that the online customer journey, orders, fulfilment, returns, repairs and customer experience all run smoothly.

You'll work closely with the workshop, fulfilment and logistics teams, whilst also managing elements of the Shopify store and helping identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are likely to be the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day eCommerce activity across Shopify.
  • Maintain accurate product information, pricing, stock availability and website content.
  • Monitor online orders and ensure smooth progression through fulfilment.
  • Respond to customer enquiries across email and live chat.
  • Provide product advice and after-sales support.

  • Manage returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • Liaise with fulfilment and logistics partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor stock, orders, deliveries and returns.
  • Maintain accurate customer and operational records.
  • Support website updates, promotions and new product launches.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical improvements.
  • Help develop and document internal processes as the business continues to scale.

You’ll be someone who:
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Is confident using digital systems and learning new platforms.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Takes ownership and sees tasks through to completion.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and finding practical solutions.
