Retail Supervisor | 8140 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum | Grade E | Norwich

Do you have experience working in a retail environment with excellent sales and customer service skills, knowledge of ePOS, and proven experience in visual merchandising?

We are recruiting a Retail Supervisor to support the delivery of the retail offer across Norfolk Museums.

Norfolk Museums Service (NMS) welcomes over 230,000 visitors annually across ten museums. Working from the newly refurbished retail space at Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery, you will need:

1. Minimum of two years’ retail experience
2. Strong administrative skills
3. Experience in stock management
4. Exceptional customer service skills

Working days vary from Monday to Sunday, including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evenings. Availability during term-time and school holidays is expected.
