Job Description

Working alongside project delivery teams as part of our wider Performance & Reporting management team or independently with reach back support to experienced performance & reporting professionals, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Tailoring reporting processes to meet the client’s needs and aligning with best practice.
2. Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements, maturity, and best practice.
3. Implementing, administering, and maintaining reporting systems and procedures to track project controls performance.
4. Establishing a robust, integrated, well-structured Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) with the Integrated Project Team and supporting the change control process.
5. Rolling out reporting calendars to ensure a consistent schedule of performance data collection and analysis.
6. Defining requirements and data flows for information management systems and supporting digital teams in their implementation.
7. Leading the development, analysis, and maintenance of corporate datasets.
8. Developing project performance reports and dashboards, and providing recommendations to stakeholders for effective decision making.
9. Training and coaching clients and team members on performance and reporting management processes.

Qualifications

1. Experience in reporting activities within a project or programme environment.
2. Proven ability to identify reporting and data requirements and document them effectively.
3. Project controls related qualification (e.g., Project Planning & Controls).
4. Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis is desirable.
5. Knowledge of Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys, etc.)
6. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
7. Basic understanding of how other aspects of Project Controls (Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Control) interact with Reporting.
