A leading charity and social enterprise is seeking a Centre Manager for BH Live Active at Queens Park. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, all aimed at promoting physical activity in the community. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience in the leisure industry.
BH Live is recruiting for a Centre Manager to lead our BH Live Active team at Queens Park. You will have previous experience of working within the leisure industry and ensure that the centre is well managed.
You will have responsibility for recruiting, scheduling and managing colleagues and will ensure that the centre operates within agreed budgets and monitors performance targets for the centre.

In this role you also be a duty manager up to 2.5 days a week and will be required to work on a shift rota basis which will involve working early mornings, weekends and evenings, hours of work will be aligned to Queens Park opening hours.
· Have day to day responsibility for the operations and management of the centre.
· You will ensure the centre is compliant with all health and safety procedures and requirements.
· Have a passion for providing great customer experience.
· You will ensure an efficient cost-effective service is delivered, which meets the need of our customers and supports our values and behaviours.
· Previous experience in a similar role within the leisure industry.
· Be able to lead and manage a team.
· Be organised, self-motived and proactive.
· Be able to manage and ensure budgets are adhered to.
