Job Title: Relief Team Leader

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Relief Team Leader to support the smooth operation of Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted for 16.25 hours per week. This role is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervise a team, creating a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment.
3. Act as a responsible key holder.
4. Assist with weekly administrative tasks and other duties as necessary.
5. Create weekly rotas following managerial guidelines.
6. Order stock to maintain appropriate stock levels.
7. Delegate tasks and ensure the team remains proactive.
8. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
9. Follow Health & Safety regulations.
