Job Description:

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. The role involves overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 16.25 hours per week. The successful candidate will ensure kitchens and service counters operate smoothly and help deliver outstanding food experiences. Please note: This role is contracted for 42.6 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality food
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure excellent food and service
• Communicating with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing the company and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training staff to excel in their roles
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

Candidate Requirements:

• Passion for great food and customer service
• Minimum of two years catering experience
• Experience managing teams
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Motivated and eager to upskill
