Job Opportunity: Catering Supervisor

We are recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. This role involves overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells, part-time, contracted to 16.25 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters operate smoothly and help deliver outstanding food experiences. Please note: This role is contracted for 42.6 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain excellent food and service standards
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising with customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training staff, leading by example to foster excellence
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Minimum of two years catering experience
• Experience managing teams in similar roles
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill
