Our driven and focused mobile commercial team is looking for a Commercial Manager to drive the commercial strategy for our Mobile portfolio. This team is responsible for shaping propositions, supporting sales, and working closely with suppliers to maintain our position as the market-leading telecommunications and IT provider in the Wholesale channel.

As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in setting the strategic direction across our Mobile product range. You will lead the development of competitive, high-impact bids and proposals, working alongside the Head of Commercial, the Mobile MD, and wider sales teams to deliver a successful go-to-market strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and support a small team of Commercial Analysts, driving business growth through effective commercial strategies and proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with resellers and vendors, securing new contracts and ensuring compliance with partner agreements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop commercial frameworks, conduct market analysis, and ensure our Mobile propositions stay competitive.
  • Represent the business at industry events and negotiate terms with new partners to support ongoing expansion.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and support wider commercial initiatives as required.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in a commercial role with strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.
  • A track record of successful leadership and effective negotiation.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask and manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick to learn and able to share knowledge effectively with others.
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Awareness of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
