Customer Service Coordinator. Based Leighton Buzzard.

The Company: A global manufacturer with a group turnover of c. £1bn.

The role of After Sales/Service Coordinator: Will suit candidates with a passion for maintaining customer relationships and wants to work in a dynamic, fun and collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate good customer service skills with the aim of delivering excellent after-sales service to customers
• Maximise opportunities to increase contract service agreements
• Improve systems and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
• Coordinate daily service and repair visits for engineers
• Process engineers’ worksheets to invoice approval
• Produce invoices and credits for all service functions
• Ensure parts used are sourced from correct stock location
• Generate quotations for repair work based on service reports
• Assist with purchase orders and purchasing functions for the service department
• Assist with booking travel and accommodation for the Service Manager, Team Leader, and Engineers
• Handle telephone and email enquiries
