OA are currently working with a successful, growing organisation who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to support the department in handling customer enquiries, communicating updates and building strong relationships with clients.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30

Customer Service Executive – Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email ensuring all customers are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders, keeping customers updated at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer orders as well as updates.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.

Customer Service Executive – Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Have excellent communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • IT literate, with confidence in using MS Office.
