We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator to join our quality team here in Wolverhampton. This person reports to the Quality Director and is responsible for supervising and maintaining the quality database, ensuring all internal quality functions adhere to customer quality standards. The role also involves managing user data, creating, amending, and archiving user accounts, managing access groups and permissions, and responding to user inquiries.

This role will work the following shift hours:

Monday to Thursday – 07:00 am to 15:30 pm

Friday – 07:00 am to 14:30 pm

About The Role

How will you contribute:

1. Understand and follow syncreon quality policies and procedures according to the quality management system and ISO 9001 standards.
2. Monitor and address quality issues, raising problems with team leaders and management as required.
3. Ensure all internal quality functions comply with customer standards at all times.
4. Conduct internal and process audits as required.
5. Carry out internal investigations and present reports verbally and in writing.
6. Identify and assist in implementing quality improvements for long-term solutions.
7. Support containment activities and audit containment actions.
8. Perform system purge checks as needed.
9. Represent the company on quality matters raised by the customer at the production level.

What will you Bring

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Experience in administrative and/or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of document control, including creating, managing, and auditing documents.
• Experience with database management and ISO 9001 standards.
• Problem-solving skills (e.g., PPS, 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good IT literacy.
• Understanding of HIT/LEAN manufacturing concepts.
