We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Specification Manager to support our Commercial Sales team with area coverage from the Midlands to the North East. You will be responsible for driving the growth of Eurocell’s products by building relationships with Key Fabricator/Installer accounts, Specifiers, Commercial Developers, Housing Associations, and Local Authorities.

What Our Technical Specification Managers Do:

• Identify and capture project opportunities, building a pipeline aligned with the growth of the commercial sectors
• Engage early with architects, commercial developers, Housing Associations, and Local Authorities in the specification process
• Provide expert advice on product design, technical solutions, and legislation compliance
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Collaborate internally and externally to ensure projects meet specifications and are delivered on time
• Support contract and tender negotiations
• Assist throughout the customer journey, from initial enquiry to project delivery
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, and market research

What We Need from Our Technical Specification Managers:

• Experience in specification within the fenestration industry
• Technical aptitude to understand and communicate legislative and compliance aspects
• Proven success in identifying and winning commercial projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Full UK Driving License
