Job description

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate Catering Supervisor who is committed to exceptional food and world-class customer service. You will oversee all catering and service operations for Eurest at Compass Group UK&I on a full-time basis, contracted for 40 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, your responsibilities include ensuring smooth kitchen and service counter operations and delivering outstanding food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-standard, delicious food
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to maintain excellent food quality and customer service
• Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training staff, leading by example to enable team excellence
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:

• Be passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Have at least two years of catering experience
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Be ambitious and eager to upskill
