Job description

We are seeking a results-driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Digital Acquisition Manager to join The Citation Group's central marketing team.

In this role, you will work with a team of digital specialists to own and advance the PPC strategy, supporting Acquisition and Experience Leads in creating and executing the overall digital strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large budgets, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and a strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and their impact on business performance.

This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple brands within a rapidly growing company expected to triple in size over the next three years.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support development and implementation of digital strategies.
  2. Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple brands to generate leads and meet KPIs.
  3. Collaborate with brand, content, and acquisition teams to produce engaging online content.
  4. Analyze analytics and generate reports in partnership with the Digital Lead.
  5. Coordinate with SEO and digital experience teams to optimize efforts.
  6. Work with digital agencies to refine campaigns and enhance performance.
  7. Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor success and guide adjustments.
  8. Engage with the wider marketing team to explore online collaboration opportunities.
  9. Understand the full sales cycle and the role of PPC leads within it.
  10. Interpret complex data reports to identify trends and insights.
  11. Stay updated on PPC and SEM trends.
About You:
  • Experience in PPC and Paid Social within digital marketing or agency settings.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and conversion using digital tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital P&L management.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial decision-making based on insights.
  • Ability to leverage data for marketing campaigns and audience analysis.
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency with CMS applications.
  • HTML skills are a plus but not essential.
