We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our TA Team. The TA Manager will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensure an efficient and inclusive hiring process, and represent Twinkl externally. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in partnership with hiring managers and senior leaders. You will be leading a team, owning senior vacancies, and supporting your Head of Talent Acquisition with value add growth initiatives.

Previous experience as a TA Manager is essential. We are looking for a strong people manager who can coach, develop, and lead a team of strong recruitment professionals.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting end-to-end across multiple disciplines, globally up to C Suite level.
US recruitment experience and knowledge of the US market are essential.
Skills:
High levels of resilience to manage stakeholders are essential.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team, providing coaching and development.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
