Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor

Become an expert advisor, inspiring and guiding customers through their home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining an attractive store environment. You will also have opportunities to learn paint-mixing and timber cutting, with a primary focus on delivering excellent customer service.

What We Need

We are looking for someone who is eager to help, enthusiastic about home improvement, friendly, outgoing, and enjoys assisting others. You should be willing to learn new technologies and adapt to new ways of working. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is essential.
