Job summary

Viridor is recruiting an Electrical, Control & Instruments Engineer for the Tilbury ERF project. You will lead electrical, control and instrumentation engineering and maintenance across the site, reporting to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager.

The role focuses on reliability, KPI delivery, and safe work practices. You will work with DCS, PLC and SCADA platforms, oversee maintenance planning within a CMMS, and contribute to building a high-performing engineering team during construction and

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification such as an HNC or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical, control and instrumentation systems.
• Experience supervising teams and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical, control and instrumentation engineering activities on site.
• Plan and execute maintenance across the ERF plant.
• Ensure safe and efficient delivery of maintenance and drive continuous improvement.
