Job summary

Actemium Design in the UK is offering an Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Degree Apprentice role. You will gain hands-on experience across the design and development of EC&I systems for regulated environments, including nuclear, working with drawings, schematics, and control systems.

You will learn from experienced engineers, undertake an EPA in the final year, and graduate with a Level 6 BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 96 UCAS points from L3 qualifications (A-Levels, BTech or T-Level).
• A-Level Mathematics (Grade C) or equivalent.
• T-Level Engineering or Technical (Grade Merit or Distinction) or BTEC Level 3 Engineering or Technical (Grade Merit or Distinction).

Responsibilities

• Deliver multidisciplinary design work across nuclear energy, defence, and decommissioning projects from concept to manufacture.
• Produce engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documentation using industry tools.
