Cavendish Nuclear invites applications for an Electrical, Control and Instrumentation Engineering Degree Apprenticeship. Based in locations including Leicester and Warrington, the programme spans four years, combining education with hands‑on work on nuclear facilities.

You’ll study towards a degree apprenticeship, gain CAD skills, and experience design, risk assessment and regulatory standards while progressing toward professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths, English and Science
• Security clearance requirements (BPSS and SC)
• UK national residency eligibility

Responsibilities

• Design control systems and CAD models for nuclear facilities
• Perform electrical load calculations and design screenings
• Provide documentation across design lifecycle from concept to manufacture
• Support training modules and professional registration pathways
