This luxury brand is looking for a full-time Sales Assistant for their London boutiques.

As an ambassador you will have the responsibility providing outstanding customer experience by assisting new and existing clients with their unique needs. You will be working in a dynamic team where digitalization is always combined with a human touch. We’d love to find an enthusiastic person, preferably with menswear experience, that wishes to collaborate with different departments at HQ to increase the business while also having fun!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and personalised service.
• Provide expert advice on luxury products, including features, benefits, and suitability to client needs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by fostering client loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, brand updates, and product knowledge.
• Maintain the visual and operational excellence of the store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and finesse.
