Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on luxury watch brands, models, and features
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering personalized and memorable experiences
Assist customers in selecting the perfect watch based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new collections, trends, and innovations
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while promoting the brand’s luxury image
Manage stock and ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and in line with brand standards
Handle customer inquiries, after-sales service, and warranty information with care and professionalism
Collaborate with the team to execute events, product launches, and promotions that enhance the brand’s presence
Ensure a luxurious, welcoming atmosphere for clients at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in watch sales, is highly preferred
Strong passion for luxury watches and horology, with a genuine interest in learning about fine timepieces
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor, reflective of the luxury industry
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach to sales
Knowledge of high-end watch brands is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and elegance
