Night Senior Care Assistant - Residential Care Home (Elderly & Dementia Care)
We are proud to be recruiting for a Night Senior Care Assistant to join our compassionate and professional team at our recently refurbished residential care home, part of a highly respected and nationally recognised care organisation.
Our home specialises in delivering high-quality person-centred care to older adults, with a strong focus on supporting individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's, and age-related conditions in a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment.
Provide and oversee high-quality care and support to residents during night hours
Lead and support a team of care assistants to deliver person-centred care
Monitor residents' well-being and respond promptly to their physical and emotional needs
Administer medication in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards
Complete night-time care documentation accurately and professionally
Ensure the residential home is calm, safe, and secure throughout the night
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a senior care role within a residential, nursing, or dementia care setting
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high standards of care
A solid understanding of safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety protocols
Must have the right to work in the UK
